By accessing or using the Website, submitting a project inquiry, or entering into any commercial engagement with UWIN FLOORTECH, you confirm that:

- You are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity where applicable.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Products and Services
UWIN FLOORTECH is a B2B manufacturer and turnkey installer of sports flooring products, including but not limited to:
- PP (Polypropylene) Interlocking Modular Sports Tiles
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Rubberised Athletic Tracks and Play Area Surfaces
- Acrylic Court Coating Systems (including ITF-classified configurations)
- Badminton PVC Vinyl and Wooden Flooring
- Sand-Based Artificial Grass Systems
We offer both material-only supply and turnkey installation services. The scope of supply is confirmed in writing at the time of order placement. All product specifications, certifications, and technical data are subject to change. Refer to the current Technical Data Sheet (TDS) issued with each order for confirmed specifications.
All product images, technical drawings, and specifications on this Website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from final manufactured product based on order-specific configurations.
3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations provided by UWIN FLOORTECH are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), freight, transportation, civil work, and any other charges not explicitly stated in the quotation.
- Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, market conditions, and logistical factors. Any revision will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
- Verbal pricing indications are not binding. Only written quotations issued by UWIN FLOORTECH on official letterhead or email constitute valid offers.
4. Orders and Contracts
- An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order or Letter of Intent from the client and written acceptance by UWIN FLOORTECH.
- Any changes to the scope of work, quantities, specifications, or timelines after order confirmation must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in price and timeline revisions.
- Cancellation of a confirmed order may attract cancellation charges based on materials procured, labour committed, and costs already incurred. Cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of cancellation request.
5. Payment Terms
- Standard payment terms are communicated within the quotation document and vary by project value and scope.
- A standard advance payment is required to initiate material procurement and scheduling. The balance is payable as per the milestone schedule agreed in writing.
- All payments must be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to the bank account designated on our GST invoice.
- GST will be charged as applicable under Indian tax law. A valid GST invoice will be issued upon payment and delivery.
- Interest at 18% per annum may be charged on overdue payments beyond the agreed due date, calculated from the date of invoice.
- UWIN FLOORTECH reserves the right to withhold material dispatch or installation services in the event of outstanding payments.
6. Delivery and Installation
6.1 Material Supply
- Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to manufacturing lead times, logistical conditions, and availability of materials. UWIN FLOORTECH is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Risk of loss or damage to materials passes to the client upon delivery to the designated site or freight carrier, as applicable.
- The client is responsible for ensuring adequate site access, storage space, and personnel for receipt of materials.
6.2 Installation (Turnkey Projects)
- The client is responsible for providing a prepared sub-base meeting the specifications communicated by UWIN FLOORTECH prior to installation commencement. UWIN FLOORTECH is not responsible for surface failure attributable to a non-compliant sub-base.
- Site conditions must be suitable for installation as per product application requirements (temperature, humidity, shade from direct sun during application where applicable).
- Delays caused by unavailability of site access, non-compliant sub-base, or incomplete civil work will extend project timelines accordingly. Any additional mobilisation costs arising from such delays will be charged to the client.
- Upon installation completion, a joint inspection and sign-off will be conducted. The client's signature on the completion certificate confirms acceptance of the installed surface.
7. Warranty
- UWIN FLOORTECH provides a limited product warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials supplied, as specified in the product documentation issued with each order. Warranty duration varies by product type and is detailed in the relevant product TDS.
- The warranty is void if:
- The product has been installed on a non-compliant or structurally deficient sub-base.
- Installation has not been performed by UWIN FLOORTECH or an approved installer following our specified layer schedule.
- The surface has been subjected to chemical exposure, vehicle loading beyond stated capacity, or wilful damage.
- Maintenance protocols recommended by UWIN FLOORTECH have not been followed.
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 30 days of defect identification. UWIN FLOORTECH will inspect and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include material replacement or patch repair at our discretion.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading from UV exposure beyond the product's rated UV stability period, or cosmetic surface variations.
8. Limitation of Liability
- UWIN FLOORTECH's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the supply of products and services shall not exceed the total value paid by you to UWIN FLOORTECH for the specific order to which the claim relates.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- UWIN FLOORTECH is not liable for damage to third-party property, personal injury, or accidents occurring on installed surfaces, provided the surface was installed to specification and maintained per our guidelines. Client organisations are responsible for appropriate site safety measures and third-party liability insurance.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, technical data, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of UWIN FLOORTECH and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from UWIN FLOORTECH.

- The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
