U Win Floortech supplies and installs virgin EPDM granules bonded with polyurethane MDI binder across India. Poured in place to create a seamless athletic surface. UV-stable for 8–10 years in Indian outdoor conditions. The standard for running tracks and playgrounds.
Unlike recycled SBR made from shredded tyres, virgin EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a synthetic rubber manufactured specifically for sports surfaces. It is UV-stable, maintains its vibrant colour for 8–10 years in Indian outdoor conditions, and retains its elastic properties through extreme temperature cycles without bleeding carbon black.
The material is poured on-site in a liquid state, mixed with a polyurethane MDI binder, and spread over an asphalt or concrete sub-base.
The material is poured on-site in a liquid state, mixed with a polyurethane MDI binder, and spread over an asphalt or concrete sub-base. As it cures, it forms a seamless, jointless surface, eliminating the joint cracking and seam deterioration issues common with rubber tile products.
UWIN supplies three system configurations to match project budget and performance requirements: Full-Pour (8–13 mm), Sandwich System, and Spray-Coat. All three are IAAF-compatible and suitable for school athletic tracks, municipal playgrounds, and residential play zones.

U Win Floortech offers three engineered configurations: Full-Pour (8–13 mm) for maximum cushioning and IAAF tracks, Sandwich System (SBR base with EPDM top) for playgrounds, and Spray-Coat (2–4 mm) for cost-effective renovations. We recommend the right system based on sub-base conditions and budget.
8–13 mm of virgin EPDM poured in a single layer over prepared asphalt or concrete. Maximum cushioning, maximum durability. Standard specification for IAAF-grade athletic running tracks.
A base layer of SBR rubber topped with a 3–4 mm EPDM wear layer. Provides excellent shock absorption at a cost point suited for school and municipal playgrounds where full-pour thickness isn't required.
EPDM granules spray-applied in a thin 2–4 mm layer over an existing concrete or asphalt surface. Ideal for renovation of worn courts and play areas without the cost of a full re-pour.
EPDM is installed extensively across India for athletic running tracks, school playgrounds, children's safety play areas, and residential society recreational zones. It is the premier choice for any outdoor area requiring superior shock absorption, vibrant colour retention, and heavy foot traffic durability under Indian UV exposure.

Our systems utilize virgin EPDM granules bound with polyurethane MDI. They are poured in-place over concrete or asphalt, creating a seamless, porous finish that drains easily. Available in IAAF-compliant thicknesses, these surfaces offer an expected lifespan of 8–15 years depending on the chosen configuration.

SBR rubber is recycled from shredded tyres, making it prone to fading, bleeding carbon, and losing elasticity quickly. In contrast, virgin EPDM is purpose-manufactured for sports surfaces, ensuring decade-long colour vibrancy, consistent shock absorption, and a seamless monolithic finish that won't crack or peel at the joints.
SBR rubber is manufactured from shredded vehicle tyres, it bleeds carbon black, fades to grey within 2–3 years, and has inconsistent elastic properties. EPDM is virgin-manufactured for sports surfaces and holds its colour and performance for a decade.
Rubber tiles develop joint cracks and seam separation within a few years of Indian monsoon and heat cycles. Poured EPDM is monolithic, there are no seams to crack, no edges to lift, no corners to peel.
Pour-in-place EPDM delivers uniform 3 mm deflection across the entire surface with no dead spots or hard patches, critical for reducing impact injuries on athletic tracks and children's play areas.
The colour is part of the granule itself, not a surface paint. EPDM courts retain their colour for 8–10 years under Indian UV conditions without repainting or resurfacing.
UWIN supplies EPDM with complete material data sheets and granule specification certificates. You know exactly what is going into your project, and you can prove it to your principal or government authority.
EPDM's porous granule structure drains freely, keeping surfaces non-slippery even during monsoon rains. The elastic properties are unaffected by temperatures from −10°C to +60°C.
